Burg Simpson shareholder Peter W. Burg participated in a pair of sessions at this year’s sold-out TBI MedLegal Conference from Feb. 23-24 in San Diego.
Peter’s first session, “Dealing with Difficult Clients & Imperfect Witnesses and How to Keep Them from Killing Your Case” was held at 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 24.
Additionally, Peter participated in the Masters Panel at the conference. The panel, which also featured attorneys Gary Dordick, Arash Homampour, Deborah Chang, John Gomez, Tom Girardi, Mihn Nguyen, and Gary Praglin, focused on traumatic brain injury cases that have made a difference in the lives and practices of the attorneys who’ve tackled them and what they’ve learned from their experiences.
The TBI MedLegal Conference, presented by the Brain Injury Association of California, gathers legal and medical professionals from across the country to present “essential hands-on tools needed to successfully handle challenging traumatic brain injury cases from beginning to end.”
