Burg Simpson Shareholder Tom Henderson and the entire Burg Simpson team are proud to announce that the firm has been recognized by the Colorado Supreme Court for their ongoing commitment to providing legal support to those in need.

Every year, the Colorado Supreme Court recognizes law firms that have committed to the annual goal of 50 hours of pro bono legal services offered by their Colorado-licensed attorneys. The organization states that the substantial majority of the pro bono work provided by law firms must have been for the benefit of persons of limited means and/or organizations serving persons of limited means. Additionally, the Colorado Supreme Court affirms that the law firms must value the attorneys’ commitment to pro bono work for all purposes of attorney evaluation, advancement, and compensation in the firm.

For the calendar year of 2019, the Colorado Supreme Court has added Burg Simpson to their list of organizations who have achieved the annual goal.
