BURG SIMPSON STATEMENT RE: THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

We at Burg Simpson hope that you and your family are safe and doing well during this difficult time. While our physical offices are closed to the public to assist in the social distancing practices necessary to fight this disease, Burg Simpson remains fully operational and committed to working on our clients’ cases and to assisting others who need and are seeking legal representation at this critical time.

Safety for you and for the Burg Simpson family is of the utmost importance to us. To that end, we have made several important changes to the firm’s operations during this crisis in order to continue to provide you with the best legal services. Our attorneys and professional staff are able to work remotely and are available to discuss your legal matters and concerns by email, telephone, or video conferencing.

Most courts have postponed civil jury trials, in-person hearings, and other face-to-face appearances. But we continue to work hard to fight for our clients and to protect their legal rights during this critical period.

While this is an ever-changing dynamic and we cannot predict exactly how the COVID-19 Pandemic will unfold, nor how the Courts in each jurisdiction will respond in handling civil legal matters, we have adjusted and continue to adjust to this ever-changing environment.

Please know that all of us at Burg Simpson are here for you and are committed to providing our clients with the best representation possible.

Stay well. Stay Safe.
