As you may know, all of us in Colorado are fortunate to have Craig Hospital, a world-class spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation hospital, here in Denver. Burg Simpson has systematically supported Craig Hospital for many years in many significant ways. Accordingly, once again this year Team Burg Simpson is riding in the Craig Hospital Foundation Pedal 4 Possible (P4P) charity bike ride. Shareholder Stephan Marsh has volunteered to captain the team this year, and a number of Burg Simpson friends and family are riding to raise money for the patients at Craig Hospital. You can click HERE to see all our team members riding this year. All the money raised goes to provide goods and services for Craig patients. Due to COVID-19, the 2020 P4P will be a virtual ride.
If you would like to ride to support Craig Hospital, you can click HERE to register and join Burg Simpson’s virtual team. If you cannot join the team and you would like to donate to support Craig Hospital, you can use this same link to make a donation.
The funds raised by this year’s event will provide Craig patients with unique programs that challenge the status quo of typical rehabilitation for those with spinal cord and brain injuries. Craig Hospital’s Culture of Care programs like Therapeutic Recreation, Community Reintegration, and Assistive Technology, are essential to patients’ holistic rehabilitation and help them rebuild a life filled with hope and possibilities. Most of these programs are not covered by insurance and patients rely on financial assistance like that raised through P4P to afford this care. One hundred percent of every dollar raised through Pedal 4 Possible goes directly to Craig’s Culture of Care fund.
Thank you for supporting Craig Hospital!
