Colorado Springs, CO (July 20, 2021) – The Colorado Springs Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Monday morning that ended in injuries. Just before 9 a.m., on July 19, calls for assistance at the scene of a crash on East Williamette Avenue were received by authorities.
Reports from the CSPD indicate that a motor vehicle collision took place on East Williamette Avenue at the intersection of North Wahsatch Avenue. The impact of the crash caused one of the involved vehicles to roll over. Several lanes at the intersection were blocked, causing some delays in the area. Medics rendered aid to victims briefly on-site before transporting them to local hospitals for further care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
