Wheat Ridge, CO (February 10, 2021) – Authorities in the Wheat Ridge area were called to the site of a crash that ended in injuries. At approximately 4:49 p.m., on February 9, the West Metro Fire Rescue responded to the site of a crash on West 26th Avenue.
Reports from authorities show that a vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of West 26th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard during the early evening hours. The crash prompted crews to remain at the scene for over 40-minutes as they worked to clear the scene. EMS treated injured parties on-site before transporting those in need of further assistance to area hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
