Colorado Springs, CO (July 20, 2020) – An auto collision reported on Monday left at least one person with injuries. Just before noon on July 20, police officers with the Colorado Springs Police Department responded to the site of a crash near South Carefree Circle.
Reports provided by the police show that a collision occurred near the intersection of South Carefree Circle and South Powers Boulevard for unknown reasons. The crash resulted in an expansive delay through the area as crews worked to clear the blocked lanes at the merger on South Carefree Circle. At least one person involved in this crash was rendered medical treatment on the scene of the crash and transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
At this time, an investigation to determine the cause of the crash is underway.
