Arvada, CO – Two People Killed in Residential Fire near Swadley Circle
Arvada, CO (July 17, 2020) – A fire incident reported on Wednesday morning claimed one victim’s life in Arvada. Just after midnight, a fire broke out at a home near 71st Street and Swadley Road.
Firefighters responded to the scene and battled the blaze extensively before taking control of the situation. Crews located three people in the building, all of which were rushed to local hospitals for treatment. Two victims succumbed to their injuries after arriving. Just before 8 a.m., crews located two other injured victims at the scene. At this time, investigations are ongoing.
