Colorado Springs, CO – One Killed in House Fire on Watson Blvd

Colorado Springs, CO (May 30, 2020) – An early-morning house fire in El Paso County claimed one man’s life, according to reports.

At around 2 a.m., on May 26, authorities were called to the scene of a fire incident near Watson Blvd.

Reports show that a fire broke out at a home near the intersection of Landoe Lane and Watson Boulevard for unknown reasons.

The fire spread through much of the residence before crews arrived. Firefighters battled the blaze and took it under control.

One man was located inside the home. The man suffered fatal injuries and was declared deceased from his injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
