Philip Sparr graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of Colorado in 2008. Mr. Sparr’s practice focuses on representing consumers, homeowner associations, and governmental entities in construction litigation.
Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Sparr spent three years as a litigator with a medium-sized defense firm based in downtown Denver. Mr. Sparr’s representation on all sides of the litigation process has given him a unique perspective on how to help clients through the often-confusing process of filing suit.
