

Nicole C. Moskowitz is an associate attorney in Burg Simpson’s Mass Tort Litigation Department. Ms. Moskowitz focuses her practice primarily on defective medical devices and pharmaceutical litigation. Ms. Moskowitz grew up in San Francisco where she attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school, Ms. Moskowitz served as Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review and worked as a research assistant for the Health Law Casebook by Furrow et al. She earned awards for Legal Writing and Research, Best Brief in Moot Court, and the top grade in both Legal Ethics and Scientific Method for Lawyers.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moskowitz practiced employment law, pharmaceutical mass torts, product liability, and catastrophic personal injury litigation.
For 2021, Best Lawyers of America recognized Ms. Moskowitz as a “One to Watch”, a prestigious award that is given to up and coming young attorneys.
Ms. Moskowitz is admitted to practice in California and Colorado.
