
Kirsten N. Kube is an associate in Burg Simpson’s Commercial Litigation Department. Ms. Kube focuses her practice primarily on complex business and commercial litigation, and counsels clients on breach of contract actions, shareholder, partnership, and member disputes, investor disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, property disputes, and class actions. Ms. Kube also serves as a Co-Chair of Burg Simpson’s Associate Development Committee.
Originally from the east coast, Ms. Kube received her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Ms. Kube was a litigation associate at an international law firm in Washington, D.C., where her practice focused on government investigations and white-collar defense.
For 2021, Best Lawyers of America recognized Ms. Kube as a “One to Watch”, a prestigious award that is given to up and coming young attorneys.
Ms. Kube is currently admitted to practice in Colorado and Virginia.
