Erica N. Garcia

Erica Garcia is an attorney in Burg Simpson’s Commercial Litigation Department. Erica obtained her J.D. and an honors certificate in Litigation and Advocacy from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While at Barry University, Erica worked as a commercial litigation paralegal and interned with the United States Department of Homeland Security.

While working as a paralegal, Erica gained valuable experience assisting with complex business litigation and securities matters, including assistance throughout trial. Prior to law school, she obtained her B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
