
Chris Post has spent more than a decade defending the rights of victims of catastrophic injury. Mr. Post has extensive experience in litigating wrongful death, medical malpractice, premise liability, and product liability cases, and has negotiated several settlements in excess of $1 million for his clients. He has also represented and advised major insurance carriers and national transportation companies in matters involving motor vehicle and semi/tractor trailer accidents, workers compensation, insurance coverage, and bad faith.
For 2021, Best Lawyers of America recognized Mr. Post as a “One to Watch”, a prestigious award that is given to up and coming young attorneys.
Mr. Post’s current practice at Burg Simpson focuses primarily on Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury litigation.
