Michael Burg elected as co-chair of the Zyprexa Litigation Group for the American Association for Justice

Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., a Colorado based law firm with a nationwide practice in mass torts, product liability and pharmaceutical drug litigation, is pleased to announce that Michael Burg has been elected as a co-chair of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Zyprexa Litigation Group.

The other co-chairs are Ramon Lopez and Jerry Parker. Burg, Lopez and Parker are responsible for keeping AJJ members up to date on the status of the Zyprexa litigation and the proposed settlement with Eli Lilly & Company. They will from time to time also schedule and hold conferences with members on important issues and events in the Zyprexa litigation. All three attorneys are also members of the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the Zyprexa multidistrict litigation proceeding in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
