Arapahoe Bar Association: ACBA Fee Resolution Committee
The Board of Directors recently voted in favor of creating a Legal Fee Resolution Committee of the ACBA. The purpose of the committee is to provide mediation and arbitration services to resolve disputes over fees between attorneys and their clients. The service is provided at no cost and is available to any attorney practicing in the Eighteenth Judicial District or to any client who retained an attorney practicing in the Eighteenth Judicial District.
The Board appointed Diane Vaksdal Smith, of Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh and Jardine, P.C., to serve as the Chair of the Committee.
