Rick Wagner |
Mr. Wagner's practice emphasizes employment law, personal injury, criminal defense, and media law.
Mr. Wagner has an extensive background in criminal law and procedure. While serving as prosecutor in both the 18th and 21st Judicial Districts, his practice focused on complex narcotics investigations, as well as violent crime, and he is experienced in Title III wire tap procedures.
Having spent a number of years as a Captain with the Mesa County Sheriff's Office, Mr. Wagner is experienced in personnel/ employment law and management issues. He has taught in a number of law enforcement academies on topics including search and seizure, the use of force, and the criminal justice system. He has also conducted numerous seminars on employment and management issues.
In addition to Mr. Wagner's private practice, he serves as legal analyst for the NBC affiliate in Grand Junction.
