David TeSelle |
Mr. TeSelle joined the firm in 1998 and is an experienced trial lawyer with a focus on complex commercial civil trial and arbitration; he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in several multi-million dollar actions. Additional practice experience includes business and commercial litigation, fraud, fiduciary duty claims, contract and corporate and limited liability corporation disputes, partnership, shareholder and member rights including individual, derivative and class actions, unfair competition, trade secrets, lender liability collections and real estate disputes. More recently, Mr. TeSelle has been engaged in investor and securities litigation and asset backed security litigation. Mr. TeSelle is currently serving as co-lead counsel on major lawsuits seeking redress for investors defrauded through the use of Collateralized Debt Obligations [CDOs]
Mr. TeSelle has successfully tried numerous cases including trials to juries and to the court in cases of catastrophic personal injury--he is now a member of the firm's Gadolinium-based contrast agents litigation team. Other trial successes include construction defect and complex commercial and security disputes.
