William L. Simpson |
Mr. Simpson's practice emphasizes a wide range of commercial litigation on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
Mr. Simpson has defended and prosecuted legal and medical malpractice cases, personal injury, and wrongful death actions, and has practiced extensively in the area of criminal defense.
Corporate areas of practice include formation, and litigation involving corporate clients. Mr. Simpson has practiced in the areas of oil and gas, natural resource, and mineral royalty payment dispute and litigation, land transfer and real estate law, as well as litigation involving real estate development and acquisition.
Over the past few years, Mr. Simpson has participated in class action litigation. Additionally, he has practiced extensively in the area of administrative law, dealing with state and federal agencies on administrative review and appellate practice.
Mr. Simpson frequently appears in state and federal trial and appellate courts in Wyoming and Colorado.
