Jeffrey D. Pederson |
Mr. Pederson's practice often focuses on securities arbitration and litigation. He has successfully handled many cases concerning securities fraud such as cases involving stockbroker misrepresentation, securities analyst fraud, sale of unsuitable securities, churning, excessive trading and broker theft. He has represented numerous investors in more than 27 different states concerning securities suits. In these cases he has handled, he has assisted these investors in recovering several millions of dollars. Mr. Pederson has been involved in over 75 securities arbitration cases filed with either the NASD or the NYSE with a high percentage of those cases having a successful result for his clients. Mr. Pederson also has substantial experience in Mass Torts litigation and natural gas explosion cases. His Mass Torts experience includes cases involving defective drugs, medical devices, defective products and diseases.
