Jennifer L. Gardner |
Jennifer Gardner earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from John Carroll University, cum laude, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., Ms. Gardner was an associate attorney in Cleveland, Ohio practicing in all aspects of plaintiff and defense litigation including client development, pleadings, discovery and trial. Ms. Gardner was a summer intern in the United States Department of Justice Civil Division specific to the area of constitutional and specialized torts involving vaccine injury compensation.
Ms. Gardner is currently admitted to practice in the States of Ohio and in Washington, D. C., the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California and the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles.
