Michael Ponzo focuses his practice on claims involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, product liability and personal injury. Mr. Ponzo earned his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University, a Masters in Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Management at Arizona State University, and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Bio-Medical Engineering from Syracuse University.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Ponzo spent more than twenty years directing marketing, operations and engineering organizations at leading technology companies. There Mr. Ponzo was responsible for all aspect of the product life cycle from setting business strategy, through product definition, intellectual property acquisition and market introduction. Mr. Ponzo negotiated more than one hundred multi-million dollar agreements including purchase agreements, technology acquisition and joint product development.
