Mr. Yefimenko's practice focuses on medical malpractice including complex matters involving the issues of polypharmacy, wrongful death, and mass torts including pharmaceutical liability and product liability.

Mr. Yefimenko has been a Chair/Co-Chair of several subcommittees of the Zyprexa Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) Science Committee, a Co-Chair of a Vioxx MDL Subcommittee, a member of the Bextra MDL Science Committee and a member of the Science Committee for the Ortho Evra MDL.

Mr. Yefimenko has developed a unique record of working with a variety of medical and scientific experts in medical malpractice and mass torts litigation. In November 2005, Mr. Yefimenko was a speaker at the Colorado Continuing Legal Education presentation on Working with MDL Experts.

Mr. Yefimenko graduated with high academic honors from the Moscow Medical Academy, Department of Pharmacy in Moscow, Russia. His Qualified Pharmaceutical Chemist Degree was awarded in 1991 and he received the highest possible score when he defended a pharmacology/analytical chemistry/pharmaceutical chemistry thesis; he has published several medical science articles. Mr. Yefimenko obtained his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, in 2002.
