Russell Sinnett is an experienced trial lawyer; he has been lead/solo counsel in 14 trials (5 by jury) and is experienced in all areas of pre-trial litigation as well as voir dire/jury selection, expert witness direct and cross examination, motions and opening and closing arguments. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation including construction defect litigation, contracts, Personal Injury and Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Mr. Sinnett is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder and the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Sinnett joined Burg Simpson in 2010 and is a member of the firms commercial trial team.
