Daniel McKenzie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan, with distinction, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Northwestern School of Law. He was also a research assistant at The Urban Institute.

Prior to joining Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., Dan worked for a law firm in Illinois. He specializes in complex class action litigation on behalf of consumers and mass tort litigation regarding potentially dangerous drugs.

Daniel is admitted to practice in the States of Colorado and Illinois, the U. S. District Court for Colorado, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Colorado and Illinois State Bar Associations and the National Association of Consumer Advocates and a graduate of the Fred Lane Trial Technique Institute.
