Mr. Bemis focuses on commercial litigation with the firm. He represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes including contract, real estate, investment, environmental and fiduciary duty issues. Mr. Bemis also has experience in personal injury cases ranging from premises liability to motor vehicle accidents. In the past Mr. Bemis has assisted clients with complicated medical malpractice and construction defect cases.
Mr. Bemis received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Denver. Mr. Bemis speaks French fluently. He studied at the University of Amsterdam School of Law, the Netherlands in 2005.
Mr. Bemis is currently admitted to practice in the State of Colorado.
