Pre-Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury – Englewood, CO

We are looking to add a Paralegal to our Personal Injury Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 yrs of pre-litigation experience. The position will independently manage assigned cases, working closely with assigned attorneys to develop cases through the pre-litigation process. The position requires:

  • Extensive contact with clients to guide clients through the case process;
  • Interaction with clients and medical providers;
  • The ability to review, analyze and summarize medical, financial, and other case-related documentation and records;
  • Well-developed writing and research skills, and the ability to identify problems and find solutions;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload; and,
  • Experience in managing electronic case management systems and paper filings.

SALARY RANGE: $55,000.00 – 65,000.00, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.

Litigation Associate – Englewood, CO

Burg Simpson is seeking an Associate Attorney for an excellent opportunity to work on cases representing military victims of international terrorism and their families.  This is an excellent opportunity for a recently barred attorney, or an attorney with 1-2 years of personal injury experience, to gain experience in collaborating with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues.  Military experience is a plus.  A license to practice law in Colorado is preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $85,000 – $100,000, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.

SALARY RANGE: $85,000 – $130,000, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
