Pre-Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury – Englewood, CO
We are looking to add a Paralegal to our Personal Injury Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 yrs of pre-litigation experience. The position will independently manage assigned cases, working closely with assigned attorneys to develop cases through the pre-litigation process. The position requires:
- Extensive contact with clients to guide clients through the case process;
- Interaction with clients and medical providers;
- The ability to review, analyze and summarize medical, financial, and other case-related documentation and records;
- Well-developed writing and research skills, and the ability to identify problems and find solutions;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload; and,
- Experience in managing electronic case management systems and paper filings.
SALARY RANGE: $55,000.00 – 65,000.00, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
Litigation Associate – Englewood, CO
Burg Simpson is seeking an Associate Attorney for an excellent opportunity to work on cases representing military victims of international terrorism and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently barred attorney, or an attorney with 1-2 years of personal injury experience, to gain experience in collaborating with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues. Military experience is a plus. A license to practice law in Colorado is preferred.
SALARY RANGE: $85,000 – $100,000, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.

Burg Simpson is seeking an Associate Attorney for an exciting opportunity to be part of its Personal Injury team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently barred attorney, or an attorney with up to 5+ years of civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience) in personal injury litigation, and will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues. A license to practice law in Colorado is preferred.
SALARY RANGE: $85,000 – $130,000, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.

We are looking to add an Associate Attorney to our Construction Defect team that possesses excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills, interested in working on exciting and complex construction defect cases.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience), and will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal issues. A license to practice law in the state of Colorado is preferred.
SALARY RANGE: $115,000 – $130,000+, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
